Claim your listing
If one of these listings is your business, you can take ownership of it and keep it accurate yourself. Claiming is free, and it takes a couple of minutes once we open it for you.
What claiming does
Claiming puts your listing on record as yours. Once it's done, your page carries a “✓ Verified by the owner” mark, and you can update your details whenever something changes — services and prices, hours, the areas you cover, your booking link, your logo, and a description in your own words.
What you enter replaces what we compiled from public sources. Ratings and review counts aren't editable: those come from Google, and it wouldn't mean much if businesses could edit their own.
How to start
Contact us and we'll open claiming for your listing. Tell us the business name and city — that's enough for us to find it.
Email us to claim your listing
Or write to [email protected]. A real person reads every message, and we usually open it the same day.
Why you have to ask us first
Because otherwise anyone could press a button on your listing and make your business phone ring with a verification code it never asked for. Opening claiming by request means nobody but you can start the process for your business.
It's a small extra step for you, and it's the reason your customers' phone number stays quiet.
How we confirm it's really you
Once your listing is open, we send a 6-digit code to a contact already published on your listing — the business phone number, or an email address at your own web domain. You pick which. Enter the code and the listing is yours.
We never send the code to an address or number typed into the page, because that would prove nothing: anyone can type anything. It only ever goes to the contact we already hold for the business.
Texts only reach mobile numbers — landlines can't receive them. If no code arrives, just reply and we'll verify you another way.
If none of those reach you
Some businesses have no working number on file and no email at their own domain. If that's you, write to us and include something that ties you to the business — a photo of your van or a business card is plenty. We're not looking for paperwork, just enough to be confident.
We'll add a contact you can use, and from then on claiming works the same as it does for everyone else.
Someone else claimed my listing
Tell us and we'll sort it out. Every change an owner submits is reviewed by a person before it goes live, so nothing is irreversible — and a claim can be transferred to the real owner.
What we do with what you send
We keep the contact the code went to, your name if you give one, and the changes you submit. Asking for a code doesn't sign you up for anything — we send nothing to that contact but the codes you request, and we never send marketing by email or text without your explicit permission. Full details in our Privacy Policy and Terms.
Just need a mistake fixed and don't want to claim anything? That's fine — tell us what's wrong and we'll correct it.
