• The Bath Shampoo selected for dog's specific skin & coat type, tearless facial shampoo, conditioner matched to coat & skin, glands checked & expressed only if needed
• The Finishing Completely hand-dried, 15 minutes of brushing & comb-out to remove tangles and loose undercoat, haircut & hairstyle with hand-scissored finish, light scented perfume
• The Details Nails trimmed & filed as short as possible, ears cleaned with excess hair plucked if needed, hair shaved between pads of feet, sanitary trim
