• When should my puppy have its first professional grooming?

  Start at 10 weeks of age (after second vaccination). Recommend grooming every month for first 4 months to acclimate puppy to grooming sounds and environment. First 6 months of life for a dog is like first 5 years for a human.

• How long does a grooming appointment take?

  Depending on coat condition and dog size: 30 minutes for extra small dog to 3 hours for extra large dog.

• Do I need to be there while you are grooming my dog?

  No, not necessary and better if owner is not in view during grooming. Owner presence adds stress and makes it unsafe to finish grooming with sharp scissors and blades.

• Do you groom cats?

  At this time, I do not groom cats. Happy to refer to other mobile groomers in area that do.

• Do you do nails only?

  I offer full grooming appointments only, so I do not schedule appointments for nails only. May clip nails between appointments if in neighborhood.

• Do you offer any discounts, such as a Multiple Pet Discount?

  Can offer a few dollars off for appointment of group of four or more pets.

• Why are prices not shown on the website?

  No two dogs are alike. Grooming prices depend on coat condition, breed, size, temperament, and coat type. Estimates given by phone or at start of grooming; price may change during service if issues arise.

• Do you connect to our home's water hose or electrical outlet?

  No. Grooming unit is fully self-contained with own water tanks, heat, and electricity. No need to plug in or connect to anything.

• Do you put dogs in unsupervised heated drying cages?

• Do you have special shampoos for delicate skin or skin problems?
