• Do you offer any discounts?

  Yes. First-Time Client Discount: $10 off first grooming appointment. Multi-Pet Discount: $5 off per dog when booking two or more dogs at the same appointment.

• What Can I Expect During My Pet's Mobile Grooming Appointment?

  We arrive within a 30-minute window. Our fully equipped mobile salon runs independently with its own power system. We'll discuss grooming preferences and perform a coat/wellness assessment. Your dog enjoys one-on-one grooming in a quiet, climate-controlled salon, then returns fresh and clean.

• Do you have any weight, age, or breed restrictions?

  Dogs must weigh 45 lbs or less and be under 15 years old. Certain large/strong breeds cannot be accommodated including Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, and others. We serve dogs only.

• What vaccinations are required for services?

  Rabies, Distemper, and Parvo vaccinations required, given at least 48 hours before appointment. Official written documentation from licensed U.S. veterinarian required. Breeder-administered vaccines not accepted.

• What forms of vaccine verification are accepted?

  Official written documentation from licensed U.S. veterinarian including signed Rabies certificate and clear records of Rabies, Distemper, and Parvo administration. Breeder vaccines not accepted.

• What are our age and vaccine requirements for puppies?

  Puppies 4 months and older who are fully vaccinated for Rabies, Distemper, and Parvo. Vaccines must be given by licensed U.S. veterinarian with records provided before service.

• Does someone need to be home during the appointment?

  Yes. An adult (18+) must be present at the residence for the entire duration of the appointment.

• What if my pet can't be vaccinated due to a medical condition or vaccine reaction?

  Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets unable to be vaccinated, even with veterinarian's note. We recommend speaking with your veterinarian about grooming options in a clinical setting.

• Do you accept vaccine titers in place of vaccines?

  No, we do not accept vaccine titers in place of vaccines.

• Why might my pet's grooming cost more than the all inclusive package pricing?

  Base prices listed are estimates. Dense, high-maintenance coats (doodles, cocker spaniels, double-coated breeds) or coats with mats, tangles, or excessive shedding may require extra time. Additional charges only applied when necessary with communication before/during appointment.

• What if I need to cancel my appointment?

  At least 24 hours' notice requested. Cancellations within 24 hours incur $50 non-refundable fee. No-shows charged full appointment price. Valid credit/debit card required on file.

• Are you closed for holidays?

  Yes, closed for all major holidays including New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas.

• What happens if there's bad weather on the day of my appointment?

  If local schools closed due to weather, services unavailable. Includes snow, ice, extreme cold/heat, wind advisories. If roads passable, we attempt service with possible delays. Contact made if more than 15 minutes late.
