Frequently asked questions

• Do you have any openings today?

No, our schedule is set, sometimes two weeks, in advance and our groomers are out on their routes.

• Do you have any openings tomorrow?

Most likely not, but there is always a chance that we have an opening in the area.

• When should I get my appointment?

One or two weeks in advance.

• Why don't you do large dogs?

Our truck is too small for some breeds and we can't take dogs that are heavier than our groomers.

• What does it mean when you say "starting price"?

Starting price means if your dog's coat is in okay condition and they are not overly difficult to work with.
