• How often should I get my dog groomed?

  Most dogs should be groomed on average every 4-8 weeks. Making grooming a regular part of your pet's routine helps keep them happy, healthy, and comfortable!

• Does matting need to be shaved?

  It depends! Light matting may be able to be brushed out if your dog is tolerant of it. Matting that is more severe pulls on the skin and can be painful to brush out. In these cases, the comfort of the pet is made a priority and the matting will be shaved.

• How young should my puppy start being groomed?

  As soon as a couple of months old! Introducing grooming early sets your dog up for success. Start off slow with introduction grooms. It is also important to work with your dog at home and get them used to being handled from a young age!

• Do you take aggressive dogs?

  For safety reasons, if a dog is very aggressive, they may be turned away.

• Why do you have a weight limit?

  Unfortunately, the grooming van is a very tight space and I have to be able to easily lift each dog to place them into the tub or onto the table. For these reasons, large dogs are not currently accepted.
