Frequently asked questions

• Do you need my water or electricity?

Nope! The van carries its own fresh water tank, generator, and climate control. All I need is a level place to park about the size of two cars.

• Is the van air-conditioned?

Fully. The van is climate-controlled year-round, so your pup stays cool and comfortable start to finish, even in an Arizona summer.

• My dog is anxious / has never been groomed. Can you help?

Anxious dogs are the reason mobile grooming exists. It's one-on-one the whole time, with no kennels and no other dogs. I work at your pup's pace.

• How much does it cost?

All grooms start at $105 and scale with size, coat, and condition. Text me a pic of your pup and I'll give you an estimate before we book anything.

• What do you need from me on the day?

A parking spot and a potty break for your pup before we start. You don't even need to be home, as long as we've arranged a handoff.

• What's your cancellation policy?

Life happens! Just give me 48 hours' notice so another pup can take the slot. Since it's just me on the schedule, a little heads-up goes a long way.
