• What is included in my grooming service?

  Every spa package starts with nail trim/file. Pets get double shampoo and conditioner, ear cleaning, teeth brushing during bath. Hand blow dried and brushed out. Styled to owner's request, finished with cologne spritz and accessory.

• How often should my pet be groomed?

  Recommend 4-6 week schedule for most pets depending on coat type, activity level and at-home maintenance.

• When should I schedule my puppy's/kitten's first grooming session?

  Best to introduce grooming as soon as possible after first 2 sets of vaccines, typically around 10-12 weeks old. First appointments focus on creating fun, safe environment.

• What is required to book an appointment?

  New clients must fill out intake form, upload current proof of rabies vaccine, read/sign service agreement, and add card on file. Covers pet information, cancellation policy, and photo/medical release.

• Do you groom cats? How often should they be groomed?

  Yes. Recommend nail trims every 6 weeks and grooming/bathing every 4-12 weeks depending on coat type.

• Why does mobile grooming cost more than going to a salon?

  Mobile grooming brings salon to you. No loading car or waiting for pickup. Luxury 1-on-1 care at home/office with latch-key service option. Pet returned fresh and clean.

• I am located outside the service area will you make an exception?

  Unable to add additional areas to maintain consistent scheduling and routing.

• What forms of payment do you accept?

  Cash, Zelle, Check, or Credit/Debit. Can charge card on file for each appointment or send invoice for same-day payment.

• Do you take sedated pets?

  Case by case basis for pets on Trazodone, Gabapentin or combination under veterinary recommended dosages. Must discuss with groomer if for anxiety or aggression.
