From the cage-free environment and 1-on-1 care to our emphasis on using all-natural products and providing latchkey services, our mission is to provide an exemplary experience for both the pet and pet parent!

• The Works Bath with all-natural shampoo & conditioner, blow dry, brush out, styled or breed standard haircut, nails trimmed & buffed, and ears cleaned. Shedding breeds also receive Shed Control treatment.
• Bubbly Bath Bath with all-natural shampoo & conditioner, blow dry, brush out, nails trimmed & buffed, and ears cleaned.
• Clean & Combed Heated bath with specialized cat shampoo & conditioner, blow dry, brush out to remove dead undercoat, nails trimmed, and ears cleaned. Shed Control treatment if needed. Does NOT include trimming.
• Lion Clip Haircut Heated bath with specialized cat shampoo & conditioner, blow dry, brush out, short lion clip style haircut, nails trimmed, and ears cleaned.
• Short (But Not Shaved) Heated bath with specialized cat shampoo & conditioner, blow dry, brush out, short haircut (about 1/2" long), nails trimmed, and ears cleaned.
• Shed Control Treatment Treatment to get cat or heavy-shedding dog's hair under control.

Frequently asked questions

• Do you groom BIG dogs?

  YES, we do! We groom most large breed dogs, however we do NOT accept Great Danes

• Do you groom cats?

  YES- we groom cats! We can do just baths or haircuts as well depending on your needs. We are a member of the National Cat Groomers Institute and can provide your cat a safe and efficient grooming experience.

• Must the pet parent provide electrical or water?

  No, we are totally self contained unit. However sometimes if we are low on water we may ask to add a little to our vans.

• Is the vehicle heated and cooled?

  Yes, we usually keep our vans between 70-80 degrees.

• Is the water warm?

  Yes, our vehicles have water heaters in them to ensure your pet a comfortable bath.

• What is your cancellation policy?

  We require 48 hours notice to cancel your appointment, failure to cancel 48 hours before your appointment will result in FULL charge for your appointment.

• What forms of payment do you take?

  We accept cash, check, card, or Venmo.

• Do I need to be home for my appointment?

  No, all we need is access to your pet! Many give us garage codes so we can go in and grab your pet, pamper it, and let it back in the house. All we ask is that the pet is in a confined area such as a kennel or laundry room.

• Can I be in the van with the groomer?

  No, our insurance doesn't allow people inside the vans with us.

• Do we accept bully breeds?

  Yes we do!

• How long have we been in business?

  We have been in business since 2012! We started in Manhattan, KS and moved to North Carolina in 2018.

• Do we pluck ears?

  Only by request of the client.

• Do you check anal glands?

  Only by request of the client.

• Do we groom pets with fleas?

  NO! We do not want to risk passing fleas onto other clients. If your pet has fleas we recommend you contact a vet to get your pet on a preventative to kill the fleas. Once you no longer see live fleas on your pet (usually about 1-2 weeks) we can schedule services for your pet.

• How long does it take?

  Time varies based on breed and coat condition, however, appointments typically take 1-2 hours per pet.
