Doggie Works Mobile Grooming

About

I started Doggie Works Mobile Grooming in March of 2008 and have enjoyed my work every day since. In 1995, I began my grooming career as an apprentice at an upscale grooming salon in Northern Virginia. I have gained a lot of knowledge in the areas of skin and coat care, AKC breed standard grooming, animal behavior, and humane handling from excellent instructors and leaders of the grooming industry.

Frequently asked questions

• How long does an appointment take?

I provide a one-hour window for my arrival. Most small dogs are completed within an hour, large dogs can take up to two hours.

• Do I need to be home for my appointment?

I need you to be present for the initial appointment but it is not required for subsequent grooming. If you are not going to be home, please provide a garage code or key.

• What are the parking requirements?

My truck and trailer is about 35 feet in length. I can park in driveways, parking lots or along the street. I need plenty room to reverse or turn around and at least 12 feet of overhead clearance.
