Frequently asked questions

• What is FITPUP?

FITPUP is a cutting-edge mobile gym designed exclusively for dogs. We bring the gym experience right to your doorstep with our climate-controlled van, offering a range of tailored exercises to keep your furry friend fit, happy, and engaged.

• How does a mobile dog gym work?

Our climate-controlled van is equipped with specialized equipment called slatmills. These slatmills are NON-MOTORIZED dog treadmills that run off your dog's paw power! Our certified trainers guide your dog through customized exercises for 30-minute sessions.

• What are the benefits of exercising my dog with FITPUP?

Regular exercise promotes cardiovascular health, weight management, confidence boosting, muscle strength, flexibility, and mental engagement. It's about enhancing your dog's quality of life.

• How do I book a session?

Simply visit our website and navigate to the "Book Now" section. You may also reach out via email, phone, or social media and we will be happy to assist you with booking your FITPUP session!

• What types of dogs can participate?

Dogs of all breeds, sizes, and ages can benefit from our mobile dog gym. Our certified trainers tailor exercises to accommodate each dog's individual needs and energy levels.

• Is my dog safe during the sessions?

Safety is our top priority. Our equipment consists of NON-MOTORIZED slatmills meaning your pup runs at its own pace and can slow down or stop any time. Our certified trainers are experienced in dog handling.

• Do I need to be present during the session?

While it's not mandatory, we encourage pet owners to be present during the first session to share the experience with their dogs and strengthen the bond between you and your furry friend.

• What should I bring to a session?

Bring your dog's leash, harness, and any favorite toys or treats. We provide the rest – from a safe environment to equipment and expert guidance.

• What happens in case of bad weather?

Our climate-controlled van ensures that sessions can proceed regardless of weather conditions. Rain or shine, your dog's fitness routine remains consistent and comfortable.

• How often should my dog participate in sessions?

The frequency of sessions depends on your dog's age, fitness level, and goals. Our trainers can recommend an appropriate schedule based on your dog's individual needs.
