Fluffy Puppy Mobile Salon

About

At Fluffy Puppy Mobile Salon, dog grooming is more than just appearance. Our goal is to provide excellent care so your pup leaves comfortable and clean. Crystal Brase, CEO & Senior Groomer, founded Fluffy Puppy in January of 2023. Her biggest inspiration for starting her own business was her mother, a NASAR (National Association for Search and Rescue) master dog trainer. Throughout Crystal's childhood, she had a passion for animals. She recognized that traditional grooming salons don't fit every dog.

Frequently asked questions

• Is mobile grooming really better than a salon?

Yes. Mobile grooming eliminates every stressor: no travel, no waiting kennels, no unfamiliar dogs nearby. Your pet receives completely undivided attention in a calm, familiar setting right outside your home. No cage drying. No separation anxiety. Just a happy dog.

• What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We understand life happens — just give us a heads-up and we'll happily find a new time that works for you.

• Do you groom all dog breeds and sizes?

Absolutely, yes. Our custom-built mobile salon is specially designed to accommodate all dogs, including XXL breeds and Great Danes. We have a one-of-a-kind oversized tub to ensure even the largest pups are completely comfortable.

• What are your grooming hours?

  Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM · Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM · Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Last-minute appointments are subject to availability.

• Do you work with anxious or nervous dogs?

This is where we truly shine. We specialize in anxious, fearful, and senior pets. Our gentle, one-on-one method transforms even the most nervous dogs — many who struggled at traditional salons come to love their sessions with us.

• How much does dog grooming cost?

Our grooming services start from $75 for small breeds, $95 for medium breeds, and $120+ for large breeds. Final pricing depends on your dog's breed, coat condition, size, and services selected.

• What areas do you serve?

We are based in East Setauket, NY 11733 and serve surrounding communities across New — including Stony Brook, Port Jefferson, Centereach, Smithtown, Hauppauge, Commack and many more.
