• How long does the service last?

  On average, a Fur Pets Grooming service will take approximately 90 minutes. The service may be shorter or longer depending on the breed and condition of your pet.

• Do you require vaccinations?

  Yes, we require an updated vaccination record in order to groom your pet for the safety of your pet and our groomers.

• How old does my pet have to be to have their first grooming service?

  We recommend your pet have their first mobile grooming service after 12 weeks, or after they have received all of their vaccinations.

• Do you pluck ear hair?

  Unfortunately, we do not pluck ear hair due to the risk of an ear infection.

• Do you sedate pets?

  No, we do not sedate pets at this moment.

• Do you provide treats?

  No, in order to prevent allergic reactions, we do not provide treats.

• What is your cancellation policy?

  We require a notice of cancellation at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to provide this notice results in a $50 travel fee.

• What forms of payment do you accept?

  We accept cash, credit card, and cheques as a form of payment.

• What are your van's amenities?

  Our state-of-the-art vans are equipped for everything your pet may need during their grooming service: A/C, heating, and warm water.

• Do you provide de-matting treatment?

  Unfortunately, we do not offer a de-matting treatment due to the distress and harm to your pet. To get rid of mats, we will suggest a full shave of your pet's coat, which will bring comfort to your pet.
