  Nail grinding: $15, Teeth brushing: $20, Blueberry facial: $20. Full bath packages start at $105 and include all the essentials.

• Can I get a price estimate before booking?

  Yes. You can call and get a 'ruff' estimate based on your pup's breed, size, and coat. No surprises, just squeaky-clean fun.

• Why is mobile grooming more expensive than a salon?

  Because we're bringing the spa to your driveway. It's one-on-one, stress-free, and totally personalized for your pet. No cages, no crowded salons, and zero wait time.

• What's included in a basic grooming service?

  Our full-service bath package includes a brush, bath, blow-dry, ear cleaning, and nail trim. Want a haircut too? Just choose the full-service bath and haircut package.

• How long does an appointment take?

  Most appointments take 1 to 2 hours depending on your pet's size, coat condition, and vibe that day.

• Can I watch my pet get groomed?

  Our vans are groomer-only zones to keep the space calm and distraction-free. It's all about creating a stress-free environment for your pet.

• Do you groom cats too?

  At this time, we focus exclusively on grooming dogs. This allows our team to provide the best possible care and experience for every pup we work with.

• Can I reschedule my appointment?

  Yes. You can reschedule any appointment more than 48 hours in advance with no fee.

• What's your cancellation policy?

  Need to cancel? No problem, as long as it's 48 hours ahead of your scheduled time. Cancellations after that window will be charged for the full service booked.

• Will I get reminders about my appointment?

  We'll send you friendly text reminders before your appointment, just in case you need to make any last-minute changes.

• What if my dog is aggressive or needs special handling?

  Let us know ahead of time if your pup needs extra time, love, and care. Our groomers are trained to work with nervous, older, or mobility-challenged pets.

• Is there a size limit?

  We welcome pets of all shapes and sizes. For dogs over 100 lbs, we just need to chat first to make sure we're all set for a safe, smooth experience.

• What is a blowout for dogs?

  It's a high-velocity drying session that blasts away loose undercoat and speeds up the drying process. Great for shedding season and fluffy finishes.

• What's a de-shed treatment?

  It includes special shampoo, conditioner, and tools to gently remove loose hair. It reduces shedding and helps prevent mats.

• What's dematting?

  Dematting removes tangled clumps of hair. If they're mild, we can brush them out. If they're more intense, a close shave might be needed.

• What's a blueberry facial?

  It's a gentle scrub that brightens your dog's face, removes tear stains, and moisturizes the skin. It's safe, refreshing, and smells amazing.

• Do you clean teeth and ears?

  Yes. Teeth brushing is available as an add-on, and ear cleaning is part of our full-service packages. Both are important for your pet's health and comfort.

• What shampoo do you use?

  Only high-quality, pet-safe products. We choose the right formula for your dog's skin and coat, whether it's hypoallergenic, de-shed, whitening, or extra soothing.

• Can I use human shampoo or toothpaste on my dog?

  Nope. Stick with pet-specific products. We've got the good stuff, and it's all included when you book with us.

• How often should my dog be groomed?

  Once a month is a good rule of paw. Long-haired breeds? Every 4–6 weeks. Short-haired pups? Every 8–12 weeks. Regular grooming keeps your pet happy, healthy, and mat-free.

• What haircut is best for my dog?

  We'll help you decide during your appointment. From teddy bear trims to comfort cuts, we tailor each style to your pup's breed, coat type, and lifestyle.

• Should dogs get haircuts?

  Totally. Trims keep coats manageable and sanitary. They also help prevent mats and overheating. Plus, they look adorable.

• How do you cut a dog's hair or nails?

  We use pro tools and gentle techniques. Nail trims are part of our full-service packages, and nail grinding is available as an add-on.

• Should I brush my dog's coat wet or dry?

  Dry is best. Brushing a dry coat helps prevent tangles and protects your dog's fur.

• Is brushing important?

  Yes. Brushing keeps fur clean, healthy, and tangle-free. It also spreads natural oils, reduces shedding, and strengthens the bond with your pet.
