FurClips provides professional one-on-one mobile dog grooming. My passion for animals began in veterinary medicine, where I spent several years working as a veterinary technician. • How do I book an appointment?

  Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or by text for your convenience.

• Do I need to be home during the appointment?

  Yes. We require an adult (18+) to be present throughout the appointment to ensure your pet's safety and to address any questions or unexpected situations that may arise. If you're unable to be home, another responsible adult is welcome to be there instead.

• How long does grooming typically take?

  Appointment times vary depending on breed, size, coat condition, and services requested, though most appointments typically take between 1–4 hours.

• What forms of payment do you accept?

  We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, Zelle, Afterpay, and PayPal Pay Later. For eligible customers, Afterpay and PayPal Pay Later let you split your purchase into smaller payments.

• What areas do you service?

  FurClips proudly serves Upland, Rancho Cucamonga, North Fontana, Rialto, Muscoy, Victorville, Hesperia, Apple Valley, and surrounding areas.

• What is your cancellation policy?

  We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for as much notice as possible, preferably at least 24 hours in advance. We are happy to work with you when emergencies arise. However, repeated last-minute cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee or may affect our ability to schedule future appointments.

• How do I prepare my pet for their appointment?

  Please make sure your pet has had an opportunity to go potty before their appointment. We also recommend avoiding a large meal immediately beforehand. If your pet has any medical conditions, allergies, behavioral concerns, or special instructions, please let us know before we begin.

• What makes FurClips different from traditional grooming salons?

  FurClips provides personalized one-on-one grooming inside a fully equipped luxury mobile salon thoughtfully designed around your pet's comfort, wellbeing, and relaxation. Unlike traditional salons, pets receive our undivided attention in a calm, private environment without crowded waiting areas or cages.

• Is your salon climate controlled?

  Yes! Our mobile grooming salon is fully climate controlled with both air conditioning and heat. We've also added extra insulation to help maintain a comfortable temperature year-round, keeping your pet safe and comfortable throughout their grooming appointment.

• Do pets wait in cages?

  No. At FurClips, we provide one-on-one grooming appointments, so your pet receives our full attention from start to finish. There are no crowded waiting rooms or extended stays in cages. If a pet needs to be safely secured for a brief moment while we prepare equipment or clean up, a kennel may be used temporarily for their safety.

• Is the salon sanitized between appointments?

  Absolutely! We thoroughly clean and sanitize all grooming tools, equipment, and high-touch surfaces between every appointment to help provide a clean, safe environment for every pet.

• Why choose mobile grooming?

  Mobile grooming eliminates the stress of driving to a salon, waiting in a lobby, and leaving your pet for several hours. Your pet receives one-on-one attention in a quiet, climate-controlled salon parked right outside your home, making the experience more convenient and less stressful for both pets and their owners.

• Does your salon use my home's electricity or water?

  No. FurClips is completely self-contained with its own power, fresh water, hot water, and climate control, allowing us to provide a full grooming experience without using your home's utilities.

• Where do we park?

  We simply need a safe, legal, and level parking space close to your home. If there are any parking restrictions, please let us know before your appointment.

• Do you groom anxious or sensitive pets?

  Absolutely. Our calm, one-on-one environment is especially beneficial for anxious, senior, and sensitive pets who may become overwhelmed in traditional grooming salons.

• What shampoos and products do you use?

  We use premium grooming products, including gentle shampoos formulated for sensitive skin and coat health.

• Do you use clean water for every appointment?

  Yes. Every appointment uses fresh, clean water that is purified and filtered before use to provide a cleaner, gentler bathing experience for your pet.

• Do you reuse bath water?

  Never. Every grooming appointment begins with fresh, clean water to ensure a sanitary and refreshing experience for every pet.

• Are vaccinations required?

  Yes. We require all pets to be current on their rabies vaccination, as required by California law. If your pet cannot receive vaccines due to a medical condition, please let us know before booking so we can discuss your pet's individual needs.

• What if my pet becomes stressed during grooming?

  Your pet's comfort always comes first. If your pet becomes overly stressed or it's not in their best interest to continue, we'll discuss the safest options with you.
