• What types of dogs do you groom?

  We groom most breeds and coat types, including double-coated dogs, short-haired breeds, curly or wavy coats, flat-faced breeds, senior dogs, and dogs with health or mobility challenges. Mixed and designer breeds are always welcome. We do not groom Akitas or Chow Chows. We specialize in Bath & Brush services and Full Grooms - we do not offer Show Cuts.

• Do you groom anxious dogs, senior dogs, or dogs with health issues?

  We provide one-on-one, low-stress mobile grooming designed to reduce common stressors. We work with many dogs that are nervous, older, or have mild, manageable health conditions. However, all dogs must be able to tolerate routine grooming and basic handling. We are not equipped to handle dogs with significant medical conditions, recent surgeries, or injuries that require specialized or veterinary-assisted care.

• What forms of payment do you accept?

  We accept all major credit and debit cards via Square, as well as cash and check. Payment is due at the end of the appointment.

• What kind of shampoo do you use?

  We use professional-grade iGroom shampoos selected based on your dog's coat type and skin condition. Each shampoo serves a specific purpose: Clarifying, Deshedding, Moisturizing, Hypoallergenic, Texturizing/Volumizing, and Whitening options available.

• What is your service area?

  We serve North Phoenix and North Glendale, including Arrowhead Ranch, Deer Valley Village, Moon Valley, and North Mountain communities—covering ZIP codes 85022, 85023, 85024, 85027, 85029, 85032, 85053, 85306, 85308, and 85310.

• How do I book an appointment?

• Will you let me know when you're on the way?

  Yes! We send a text message when we're headed to your home with an estimated arrival time.

• Can I stay with my dog during grooming?

  Our mobile salon is designed for one-on-one grooming in a focused, calm setting. While we don't allow owners to stay in the van during grooming, we're happy to explain the process beforehand and answer any questions.

• What's included in a Bath & Brush appointment?

  Bath with premium shampoos suited to your dog's coat, coat conditioning, external anal gland expression if needed, drying with a high-velocity dryer, brushing, nail trim and ear cleaning.

• What's included in a Full Groom appointment?

  Everything in a Bath & Brush, plus a haircut or trim customized to your dog's coat type, lifestyle, and comfort.

• How often should my dog be groomed?

  Most dogs benefit from grooming every 4–6 weeks. Dogs with short coats may need less frequent trims but still benefit from regular bathing to manage shedding and skin health.
