Groombusters is a mobile dog grooming service owned by Shaely, who has several years of grooming experience from working at PetSmart. The service brings grooming directly to customers' homes or workplaces, providing 1:1 attention in a quiet, stress-free environment for pets.

• Deluxe Style Includes all Bath & Brush services PLUS choice of: any style haircut, hand scissoring, shave down, ribbon or bandana.
• Shed Control Packages Can be added to Bath & Brush or Deluxe Style. Uses Furminator shampoo and conditioner, reduces shedding by 60-80% when scheduled regularly. Includes extra 15 minutes of brushing.

• What should I expect once my appointment is booked?

  After booking, you receive a confirmation email with requested services. 24-48 hours before appointment, you receive a reminder email. On appointment day, Groombusters arrives and parks outside your residence/work, then calls to let you know they're ready for your pet.

• What areas do you service?

  We happily serve the city of Pueblo, Pueblo West, and the county.

• Do you require vaccines?

  Groombusters requires proof of rabies vaccination. The booking website will require date of expiration and a document upload.

• How does pricing work?

  Pricing factors include: coat type (single vs double), whether dog is groomed regularly, and if light dematting is needed. These determine pricing and time to complete grooming.

• How do I know if my dog is a small, medium, large, or xlarge when booking?

  Small: under 25 lbs. Medium: 26-55 lbs. Large: 56-74 lbs. XLarge: over 75 lbs.

• Is my scheduled appointment an exact time?

  No, we give a time frame of arrival not an exact time due to traffic, weather, or spending more time with certain pets. We'll contact you if considerably later/earlier.

• Do you groom cats?

  At this time, Groombusters does not provide services to cats.

• Do you have weight limits on dogs?

  Groombusters has a weight limit of 100 lbs. Some exceptions may apply on a case by case basis. Please reach out to [email protected].

• Do you groom sedated dogs?

  No, Groombusters does not accept sedated dogs. We recommend contacting your veterinarian about other grooming services if your pet needs sedation.

• Do you do dematting?

  Groombusters will do light dematting up to 15 minutes. Heavy matting will be shaved for pet comfort. See Services section for dematting pricing.

• What forms of payment do you accept?

  Groombusters accepts major credit cards, cash, Venmo, or PayPal.

• What is the 'furminator'?

  The shed control package uses Furminator shampoo and conditioner during bathing. After bath, pets receive extra brushing to remove dead/loose hair. When done regularly, reduces shedding by 60-80%.

• Do you need to plug in or use my water?

  Groombusters mobile unit is self-contained with fresh water tank for baths and grey water tank for dirty water. Has enough power to run all equipment during bathing/grooming.

• How long do grooming appointments take?

  Each pet is unique, but average grooming appointment takes 1-2 hours.
