We founded H. Williams to bring excellent service and care to you and your pets. With three dogs of our own, we got tired of constantly bathing them after muddy hikes, trudging through rain and snow to get to the grooming salon, getting our older dogs into and out of the car. With H. Williams, your pets are treated as they should be…like valued family members. They will be showered with 1-1 attention by our experienced and dog-loving team members.

• The Standard Keep it clean. Recommended for short haired dogs or fluffy pups that are kept on a regular grooming schedule and do not need a haircut every time. Includes: massaging bath, conditioning treatment, blueberry facial, blow out/fluff dry, nail trimming and filing, ear cleaning.
• The Supermodel Done and dusted. For dogs with long coats requiring clipping/trimming or double coats requiring undercoat removal with deshedding treatment. Includes: massaging bath, conditioning treatment, blueberry facial, blow out/fluff dry, hair cut or deshedding treatment, nail trimming and filing, teeth brushing, ear cleaning.

• Do I have to be home when you arrive?

  For the first appointment we would like you to be home so you can explain how you'd like your pet trimmed and how to retrieve your pet if you aren't home for future appointments.

• Are appointment times exact?

  When you book an appointment please allow for a 1 hour arrival window. We strive to keep on schedule, but we are dealing with a variety of factors that may result in small changes throughout the day. We will let you know by text if we are running early or late.

• Why are your prices higher than the grooming salon where my dog currently goes?

  Mobile grooming prices are higher because they reflect the value you and your pet receive from having the appointment performed at your doorstep. No cages, no car rides, no waiting around! Our experienced, professional groomers arrive in our state-of-the-art vans and will spend 60-90+ minutes caring for your dog with the best products on the market.

• Are gratuities expected?

  If you are thrilled with the service they are very much appreciated!

• Do you need to plug into my house or use my water?

  No, our vans are completely self-sufficient and can do everything a stationary dog salon can do.

• What products do you use?

  We use a variety of the highest-quality, natural products on the market. If your dog has any particular skin issues or you have a special request, please let us know.

• How do I book an appointment?

We then review the request and either accept the date/time or suggest a different date/time based on our availability and routing optimization.
