Frequently asked questions

• What if I can't be home at my scheduled time?

  If you're not going to be home at your pet's scheduled spa time, that's no problem! All we require is access to your pet and a form of payment on file and we can take care of the rest. Our team of Pet Professionals will send a picture of your pet after their spa day and recommend a regular schedule to keep them happy and healthy.

• What if I need to reschedule?

  We understand things come up. If you need to reschedule, just give us a call at 281-546-0697.

• How can I pay for my pet's spa day?

  For your convenience, we can keep your credit card on file in a secured, encrypted system for future appointments. We no longer accept cash and checks for our groomers safety. Don't forget to ask about our Member Special Pricing!

• How do I find out the exact time for my pet's spa appointment?

  Your Pet Professional will send a message to you the evening before your appointment with a 4-hour time window. Unfortunately we keep our windows at 4 hours to account for excessive traffic or if one of our pampered pets gets carried away with a bubble bath that runs too long.

• Does my pet need to be current on vaccinations?

  Since your pet's grooming appointment is a one-on-one experience with our Pet Professional, we do not require proof of vaccinations. We do accept titers testing in lieu of rabies vaccinations. If your pet has received vaccinations, we do require a 72-hour waiting period between the vaccination and your grooming appointment.

• What if my pet has medical or naughty behavior issues?

  Our number one concern is your pet's wellbeing. If it's clear that your pet is having a bad day, we will stop work and notify you immediately. Unfortunately, we are also unable to accept dogs over the age of 14.

• What forms of payment do you take?

  All major credit cards.

• How do I know when my appointment time is?

  Your groomer will message you the evening before your appointment once the route has been set to let you know where you are in line for your appointment. Due to the unpredictable nature of working with live animals we are unable to guarantee an exact time for your appointment.

• What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

  We understand that plans can change and are happy to accommodate your schedule to the best of our abilities. We do ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointments.

• What if I need a specific time for my appointment?

  While we would love to offer specific times for each client, we do have to factor in special requirements for some pets who may need a little more time or attention, weather and traffic delays, and our routing schedule. The only guaranteed time slot that we can offer is the first of the morning.

• Do I need to be home for my pet to be groomed?

  As long as we have access to your pet, payment and detailed instructions for your pets grooming, we do not require anyone be home.

• Do you groom pregnant or nursing dogs?

  We do not groom pregnant or nursing dogs for 8 weeks postpartum.

• Do you work with dogs in heat?

  No. If your appointment is scheduled during your dog's heat cycle, the appointment will need to be rescheduled.

• Do you work with aggressive dogs?

  For the safety of our staff and our client's pets, we do not work with aggressive animals.

• Do you work with senior pets? What is the age cut off?

  We do love our senior pets, but for safety reasons we have an age cut off at 14 years of age. Pets need to be healthy and able to stand for the groom to reduce stress or injury.
