We are a woman-owned all-inclusive pet spa with decades of experience in providing excellent pet care in the Westchase and Memorial area. We understand that no two dogs are the same, so every dog deserves to be well groomed. • What is the recommended frequency for grooming my dog's haircut?

  We suggest scheduling a grooming session every 4 to 6 weeks for optimal maintenance of your dog's ears, nails, skin, and coat.

• What is the suitable frequency for clipping or filing my dog's nails?

  Generally, trim nails every 4 weeks for short and healthy nails. For shorter nails, once a week to every 2 weeks is recommended. Nail filing helps smooth rough edges and gradually reduce nail length.

• Which vaccinations are mandatory?

  In accordance with state regulations, rabies vaccination is required. We strongly advise adhering to your veterinarian's recommended vaccination timetable.

• What if my dog is infested with fleas?

  If your dog has 3 or more fleas, a mandatory flea bath will be administered with an additional charge of $25+. Topical flea preventative 3 days before or after grooming is recommended.

• How much does grooming cost?

  Pricing is based on a basic rate considering your dog's weight and chosen service. Adjustments may be necessary due to coat condition, breed, age, behavior, and appointment frequency. We provide precise pricing before grooming.

• What is Hand Stripping?

  Hand stripping involves carefully pulling hair directly from the skin using specialized tools. Suited for wire-coated breeds, it maintains natural textures and results in textured appearance and vibrant coat color without clippers.

• Is coloring safe for my dog?

  Yes. All products used in our salon are certified pet-safe and free from toxins. Pets undergoing coloring tend to enjoy the extra attention it brings.

• How long will my dog stay in your care?

  Your furry friend's visit will generally last between 2 to 4 hours. We prioritize a calm atmosphere with positive reinforcement and allow breaks when necessary.

• Which products are utilized in your salon?

  All products are non-toxic and safe for pets. Shampoo brands include Artero, Hydra, Kelco, and Hyponic.

• How are the dogs accommodated?

  We don't use a single solution. Some dogs enjoy privacy in their own kennel space, while others prefer socializing with our team. We adapt our approach to suit individual pet needs.

• Which vaccines are necessary?

  Puppies under six months need at least two sets of vaccinations spaced 2-4 weeks apart before their first grooming. State regulations mandate proof of rabies vaccine.

• Do you offer grooming services for cats?

  Absolutely! Feel free to contact us through a phone call for cat grooming services.

• How does service pricing work?

  We have no set prices as each pet differs in coat condition, texture, styling, size, and breed. Listed prices are estimates; final pricing determined by coat condition, behavior, style, breed, and size.

• How does cancellations & no call no shows work?

  $25.00 fee for cancellations with less than 24-hour notice. No Call No Show incurs $25.00 fee with possible future deposit requirements. Repeated offenses result in service termination.

• How do payment options work?

  All payments must be paid in full prior to pet being returned. We do not accept checks. Acceptable payments: Cash, Credit Card, Apple Pay, and Zelle.

• What is the late arrivals policy?

  Pet parents showing up before 15 minutes late are accepted without approval. Arrivals 20+ minutes late subject to No-Show fee and asked to reschedule.

• How does completion time work?

  No guaranteed completion times. Average appointments take 3 to 5 hours. Pets needing faster turnaround must approve with management prior to leaving.

• What is the first grooming experience like?

  We do not guarantee more than a Mini Groom (face/feet/butt trim) for a pet's first few appointments to ensure a pleasant experience and earn their trust.

• Senior/elderly pet?

  We will not force any pet over 10 years old through processes they're uncomfortable with. They will be groomed for cleanliness and comfort, not for style.

• Leash/carrier policy?

  All clients must bring pets on a short leash or in a carrier. Pets must never be left to roam the lobby area for safety and security.

• Included services?

  Nails, ear cleaning, plucking (request only), glands (request only), and bath are included in every bath or groom. Bathing is not optional for dogs.
