Jungle Pet Spa Mobile Pet Grooming Los Angeles
Mobile dog & cat grooming in Los Angeles
About
A calmer kind of grooming day, parked right outside. Our van pulls up to your home. One pet at a time, no cages, no stress. Traditional grooming means a car ride, a loud lobby, a cage, and a stranger's hands. We took all of that out. The van arrives, your pet is the only one on board, and the whole thing happens ten feet from your front door.
Services
- Bath A warm, thorough wash with hypoallergenic shampoo, blow-dry, ear cleaning, and a light brush-out. The reset every dog deserves between grooms.
- Bath & Tidy Everything in the bath, plus face, feet, and sanitary trim, nail grind, and a tidy of the feathering, a clean, finished look without a full haircut.
- Full Groom A breed-appropriate haircut, bath, blow-out, and full finish, shaped to your pet's coat and to how you actually want them to look.
- Cat Grooming A quiet, low-handling session for cats: bath, de-shed, nail trim, and sanitary work, done gently by a groomer who actually likes cats.
- Deshedding Specialized brush-out using professional deshedding tools to remove loose undercoat and reduce shedding. Ideal for double-coated breeds.
- Dematting Careful removal of mats and tangles. Mild cases are brushed out; severe matting may require shaving to prevent discomfort.

Frequently asked questions
-
What is an arrival window and how does it work?
We provide a two-hour arrival window for each appointment. This allows our groomers to accommodate travel time and any variation in the length of previous appointments. We will send you a reminder before your appointment and notify you when we are on the way.
-
Is there parking required for the grooming van?
Yes. We need access to a standard curbside parking spot near your home. Our vans are self-contained, but we do need to be parked within a reasonable distance from your front door to safely transfer your pet. Street parking, a driveway, or a nearby parking lot all work perfectly.
-
Do I need to be home during the appointment?
Yes, a responsible adult should be available at home during the grooming appointment. This ensures we can ask any questions and return your pet to you promptly once the groom is complete.
-
How long does the appointment take?
Most grooms run sixty to ninety minutes from the moment we pull up to the moment your pet is back at your door. Full grooms on larger or heavily-matted coats can go a bit longer.
-
Do I need to provide water or electricity?
No. The van is fully self-contained with its own hot water, generator, and climate control. We just need a legal spot to park within a short distance of your front door.
-
Is this safe for anxious or senior pets?
It's what we're built for. One pet, one groomer, no other animals, no lobby noise, and a familiar curb outside their own home. Most anxious dogs and cats settle within a few minutes.
-
What if my dog has never been groomed in a van before?
We'll take it slow. Your groomer will meet them at the door, walk them in, and start with a calm introduction to the space before anything else. First-timers almost always do better in the van than they've done in a shop.
-
How do you handle difficult or anxious pets?
We have extensive experience grooming anxious, reactive, and nervous pets. Our one-on-one environment is ideal for these animals because there are no other pets present, no salon noise, and no waiting — just calm, focused attention.
-
How does the grooming van get power and water?
Our vans are completely self-contained. Each van carries its own onboard fresh water supply and an onboard generator for power — so we never need to connect to your home's electricity or water.
-
Can I stay in the van with my pet during the groom?
We ask that owners wait inside while grooming is in progress. Most pets actually groom better when their owner is not present — when they can see or smell you, they focus on getting to you rather than cooperating with the groomer.
-
What is your matted coat policy?
We will always try to dematting your pet's coat as humanely as possible. However, severe matting can cause your pet pain and skin irritation, so in cases where dematting is not possible without causing discomfort, we may recommend a shave-down for your pet's health and safety.
-
How is the price for my appointment determined?
Pricing is based on your pet's breed, size, coat condition, temperament, and the service selected. A large double-coated breed requires more time and product than a small short-haired dog, and a matted or overgrown coat may need additional work.
-
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Zelle and cash. Payment is due at the time of service.
-
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows may result in a deposit being required for future bookings.
-
Are there breeds or pets you do not groom?
We groom dogs and cats of all breeds. The safety of both your pet and our groomers is our top priority. In rare cases, if a pet is displaying aggression that makes safe grooming impossible, we may need to discontinue the appointment.
-
How do I book an appointment?
Booking is simple. Click the Book button on any page of our site, fill in your details, choose your service, and select a time that works for you. You can also call us at (310) 654-6910 during business hours.
