Little Blue Groom Buggy is a full service mobile groomer providing the convenience busy people need. We travel to your dog and all services are provided from our state of the art grooming van. We believe all dogs deserve great care, and we are sensitive to the needs of every dog regardless of life stage, background, or temperament.

Frequently asked questions

• How does mobile grooming work?

  Your groomer will arrive and pick up your pet. The van is completely self-sufficient with no need to connect to power or water. Your groomer works one-on-one with your pet from start to finish with no crating. You'll receive a text when they're almost done.

• How does scheduling work?

  Appointments are scheduled based on location. Provide your zipcode and we'll tell you which day we're in your area. You request an appointment for that day. Once finalized, you'll get an approximate time. We'll text when on our way.

• Do you require proof of vaccinations?

  In accordance with state law, we require proof of the rabies vaccine. We also accept proof of immunity via titer test results.

• What is Fear Free grooming?

  Fear Free grooming focuses on your pet's body language and watches for signs of fear, anxiety, or stress. If levels get too high, your groomer stops and works with your pet for positive reinforcement before proceeding.

• What is a Meet & Treat?

  Before your first appointment, your groomer visits your house at a scheduled time to introduce themselves and your pet. They positively reinforce with treats while you both explore the van. No grooming occurs during this visit.

• What if I am outside your service area?

  We're happy to travel outside our service area for $1.50 per round trip mile. For example, 5 miles outside costs an additional $15.

• How do I know which bundle my dog needs?

  For a full groom, request the Ultimate Bundle. However, you don't have to get a full groom. You can request top bundle services but only want bath or 'feet, face, fanny'.

• Can I stay and watch while you groom my pet?

  Your pet would find it difficult to be still with you present. For their safety, we do not allow pet parents inside the van during grooming.

• What if I am not happy with the service my dog receives?

  We highly value client satisfaction. If not pleased, contact us within two business days of the appointment. We will work with you to rectify the issue.

• Do you groom cats?

  We do not groom cats, however we are happy to trim your cat's nails as an a la carte item, subject to our base fee if not already grooming another pet at your location.

• What type of payment do you accept?

  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Your card will be put on file for your first appointment and charged at the end of service.

• How can I tip my groomer?

  After your appointment is complete, you will have the opportunity to add a tip to your account. That tip will be included in your groomer's pay.

• What if I need to change or cancel my appointment?

  You may change or cancel prior to two business days before. We typically won't charge a fee the first time. After that, we reserve the right to charge 50% of total appointment cost.
