We offer a humane bath and trim service at your door, with emphasis on the health, safety and comfort of your pet. We only use the very best products available on the market and spare no expense in treating each coat and skin condition with the most appropriate, highest quality products. We only groom one pet at a time so your pet can receive individual caring and attention from start to finish.

Frequently asked questions

• Do you offer De-matting services?

  I always have the pet's best interest in mind. If an animal comes in extremely matted, I refuse to hurt the animal because of the owner's neglect. At that point I will refuse.

• Does frequent bathing dryout the skin and coat?

  No! We use very mild shampoos and conditioning. Regular baths can improve your pet's skin and coat.

• What time should I expect my appointment?

  Please understand that due to the very nature of being mobile we will occasionally be late for an appointment (traffic, accidents, weather, etc.), and cannot be held liable for unavoidable time delays.

• How long pet grooming takes?

  Typically most dogs take about 2-4 hours, depending on the style of cut, size of the pet, coat condition, hair length, etc.

• Why can't I watch while my pet is being groomed?

  This can cause the dogs to become over excited or jump which in turn could cause them to be injured. Groomers use sharp scissors and blades around very sensitive areas that could easily cut or nick.

• How often should I groom my dog?

  Every 1 to 6 weeks depending on their breed, hair type, and activity level. If your dog lives in your house and sleeps in your bed, wash your dog regularly depending on the breed anywhere from once a week to once a month.

• What if I need to cancel my appointment?

  If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so minimum 24 hours in advance. If you cancel the day of or are a no show, a fee of the total amount due for appointment will be collected.
