  Yes — request anyone on the crew and we'll match you whenever availability allows. If your first pick isn't free, we'll offer the next open mission slot.

• Why is my groomer running behind?

  Some pets need extra time depending on coat condition, behavior, or service needs. Because every groom is one-on-one — no rushing, no crowded salon — timing can shift throughout the day.

• Do you groom cats?

  Yes — we groom cats too. Our crew includes specialists trained to keep your feline calm and comfortable through the whole mission.

• How do I get a price quote?

  Pricing depends on your pet's size, coat type, condition, and the services or add-ons requested. The best way to get an accurate quote is to contact us directly.

• What is your cancellation policy?

  We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations or no-shows = 40% of the reserved total. This fee goes 100% directly to your groomer.

• Why do I have to pay a cancellation fee?

  Your appointment time is reserved just for your pet. Last-minute cancellations leave gaps we can't fill, so the fee helps cover that time.

• How does your pricing work?

  Pricing is based on your pet's size, coat type, condition, and the services you choose. We provide an estimate upfront, with final pricing confirmed after seeing your pet.

• Why might the price change?

  If your pet's coat condition, behavior, or service needs are different than expected, the time and work required may change the final price.

• How does having a matted pet affect my pricing?

  Matted coats take extra time and care to groom safely. This may require additional charges depending on severity.
