    Depends on lifestyle: 2-4 weeks if sleeps with you or has frequent outdoor play; every 6-8 weeks with nail trims every 3-4 weeks for short-haired; every 4 weeks for long-haired or double coat breeds.

    Double scrub down bath, nail trimming, and ear cleaning. Haircuts and additional touches like deshedding, tooth brushing, paw pad/nose moisturizing, nail grinding available.

    At least 24 hours' notice required for cancellations to avoid fees.

  • Can I drop off my dog and pick up at the end of the day?

    No. One-on-one grooming for safety; kept as few pups on property as possible to avoid injury, getting dirty, or distractions.

  • What payment methods do you accept for grooming services?

    Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, Apple Pay, credit cards, debit cards, and exact cash payments.

  • Do I need to prepare my dog for a grooming appointment?

    Yes, ensure dog has had exercise, been fed, and used bathroom before appointment to keep them calm and prevent accidents.

  • Which vaccines are required?

    At least Rabies. One-on-one grooming means pups have very little if any interaction with other pups.

  • Can I stay and watch my dog being groomed?

    No. For safety and comfort of all pets and insurance purposes, pet parents cannot be accommodated during grooming.

  • What if my dog has mats or tangles in their coat?

    Handled carefully. Additional fees may apply for mat removal or shaving. Severely matted coats may require shaving.

  • Will my dog be kenneled during the grooming process?

    No kennels.

  • How will I know when my dog is ready for pick-up?

    Notified by text message 20 minutes before pup is ready for pick-up.

  • Why does my dog seem tired after grooming?

    Grooming is physically and mentally stimulating. Common for dogs to be tired due to handling, bath time, and alertness during process.
