• How long does a grooming session take?

  Most grooming sessions take between 1.5 to 3 hours depending on your dog's breed, size, and coat condition. We'll give you a more accurate time estimate when you book.

• Do you groom cats too?

  Currently we specialize in dog grooming only. We work with all dog breeds – from tiny Chihuahuas to large Standard Poodles and everything in between.

• What if my dog is nervous or aggressive?

  We're experienced with anxious dogs! Our mobile van provides a calm, one-on-one environment away from other animals – which most dogs find much less stressful than a traditional salon. Let us know about your dog's temperament when you book.

• Do you need access to water or electricity?

  No! Our van is 100% self-contained with its own water supply and a generator. You don't need to provide anything – we come fully equipped.

• How far in advance should I book?

  We recommend booking 3–5 days ahead to secure your preferred time slot, especially on weekends. Same-day or next-day appointments are sometimes available – just call or text to check!

• What payment methods do you accept?

  We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App. Payment is due after the grooming session is complete.
