Mobile grooming service that comes to your home or workplace with a fully self-contained grooming salon on wheels. Equipped with own water and electric supply, AC and heat. Offers stress-free grooming with one-on-one attention, no cages or other animals present. Founded by Jessica who started with dog walks and pet sitting in 2008, then added grooming services.

• Full body brushing Removes loose hair and allows shampoo to penetrate coat for best results
• Nail trimming Trim toenails included in grooming
• Ear cleaning Pluck extra ear hair and clean ears thoroughly
• Anal gland expression Check and relieve anal glands if needed, optional per client request
• Bath and shampoo Warm water bath with choice of regular, hypo-allergenic, soothing conditioning, or medicated shampoo included
• Blow dry and styling Hand towel dried then blow-dried, with option to brush/de-shed or cut/style based on breed and preference
• Bandana or bow selection Stylish finishing touch with many options for boys, girls, birthdays, seasons, and holidays

• What happens if we are not satisfied with the grooming?

  Pawsitively Purrfect stands behind services 150%. If unsatisfied, notify within 24 hours. No refunds offered, but they will work to resolve any issue or concern.

• What if my pet is sensitive to certain grooming procedures?

  They understand some pets are sensitive to nail trimming, ear cleaning, or anal gland relief. They will not continue procedures causing pain or discomfort. For overly sensitive pets, these procedures may be best left to a veterinarian.

• Do you perform de-matting?

  Pawsitively Purrfect will not perform excessive de-matting as it is painful and time-consuming. Badly matted hair must be clipped off to allow healthy growth. Regular brushing prevents matting.

• Will you service aggressive or vicious pets?

  They welcome different personalities but reserve the right to refuse service to pets with vicious or aggressive attitudes for the benefit of all involved.
