Our founders, lifelong dog lovers, established this mobile salon with a deep passion for providing exceptional care and convenience for pet owners. • How long does the process take?

  The amount of time spent depends on the size, breed, and temperament of the pet, as well as the regularity of grooming the pet has received. Typically, we allow 1.5 to 2 hours per pet. 95% of the time will complete the grooming process in 2 hours or less.

• How often should I get my dog groomed?

  Dogs who have their hair cut in particular clips such as Doodles, Poodles, Cockers, Lhasa Apsos, Shih Tzus, Bischons etc. should be groomed every 4-6 weeks. Bath dogs such as Labradors, Shepherds, Collies, etc. and cats should be groomed every 6-8 weeks.

• Do you require vaccinations?

  Rabies ONLY. By law, the state will require a copy of the Rabies vaccine if the dog bites or attacks the groomer. This is a one-on-one experience. Your pet will not be in contact with other animals.

• Can I be in the Mobile Spa Van during the groom?

  Due to safety and liability issues, we cannot allow anyone other than the trained stylist and pet in the van during the appointment. We would be happy to give you a tour of the van before the appointment begins.

• Can I use my own shampoo?

  Yes. We use professional pet products and offer Hypo-allergenic options. However, if you are more comfortable using your own pet shampoo or vet prescribed shampoo, we would be happy to use your own.

• Not Happy with the service?

  Please tell us within 24 hours and allow us to make it right. We aim to satisfy. On the occasion where a haircut is not to your liking and it is a matter of a little more trimming here or there, the groomer may be able to do it right away or sometimes they may have to go back again on another day.

• Why don't you show the prices?

  There are a number of factors that need to be considered: The pet's breed, age, weight, temperament, coat condition, fleas and tick killing shampoo, deshedding shampoo etc. desired style. Prices are to be confirmed prior to first appointment by evaluating pet photo.

• What is your cancellation fee?

  In the unlikely event that you do not cancel your appointment in 48 hours a $35 fee will be charged to cover gas and the groomer on call.
