  No, we specialize in small and medium-sized dogs only to ensure the safest, most comfortable experience possible.

  Yes! We can match standard grooming styles or take owner requests for customized cuts.

• What if my dog has anxiety or is older?

  Alyssa uses gentle handling, breaks when needed, and is trained in Pet First Aid & CPR. Many anxious or senior dogs thrive with one-on-one mobile grooming.

• Do I need to provide anything?

  No. We bring everything needed, including water, power, and tools. All we ask for is a safe and legal place to park close to your home.

• How far in advance should I book?

  We recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for popular time slots. Dogs on a 4–6 week prebooked rotation receive priority and a free Pupgrade Package.

• Is there a cancellation policy?

  Yes — we ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

• Do you require vaccines?

  While we do not board dogs or group them together, we recommend keeping your dog up to date on Rabies and core vaccines for their overall health and safety.
