  You can book by phone call. Mobile grooming in Myrtle Beach is in high demand, so we recommend scheduling 2–4 weeks in advance. Recurring appointments every 4–6 weeks help keep your pet on a consistent grooming schedule.

• Do I need to provide a water or electrical hookup for the van?

  No. Our mobile grooming units are fully self-contained, with fresh water, heated tanks, and onboard power for dryers and clippers. We just need a flat parking spot near your home.

• Is mobile grooming safer for senior dogs or pets with anxiety?

  Yes. Mobile grooming is ideal for senior or anxious pets, as it eliminates the stress of noisy salons, cage drying, and other dogs. Your pet receives one-on-one attention in a calm environment, helping reduce stress and heart rate.

• How long does a mobile grooming session take?

  Sessions typically take 1–2 hours depending on size, coat, and service. Mobile grooming is faster than salons because your pet goes directly from your door into the van and back home, without waiting in a crate.

• What is your service area, and is there a travel fee?

  We serve the Grand Strand, including Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach, and Surfside. There is no additional travel fee within our primary service area; pricing is all-inclusive for the convenience of doorstep grooming.

• How often should my dog be professionally groomed?

  Most dogs benefit from professional grooming every 4 to 8 weeks, depending on breed, coat type, and activity level. High-maintenance breeds like Poodles or Doodles may need a 4-week schedule to prevent matting.

• What is the difference between a "Full Groom" and a "Bath & Brush" service?

  A Bath & Brush includes a deep-clean shampoo, blow-dry, brushing, and nail trim to maintain coat health. A Full Groom adds a full-body haircut or breed-standard trim using professional clippers and scissors.

• Do you offer "Hand-Stripping" or only clipper cuts?

  We specialize in clipper and scissor finishes for most breeds. While we don't offer traditional hand-stripping, we use deshedding tools and carding techniques to safely remove dead undercoat from wire-haired and sporting breeds.

• What grooming services do you recommend for curly or high-maintenance coats like Poodles and Doodles?

  Curly-coated breeds like Poodles and Doodles require frequent grooming to prevent mats and tangles. We recommend a full groom every 4–6 weeks, including scissor or clipper cuts, deep-clean baths, and conditioning treatments.

• Can you groom my dog if they have severe matting?

  For severely matted coats, we may recommend a comfort clip to remove mats safely and prevent discomfort. We always discuss options with you and provide guidance on restarting healthy coat growth.
