  It depends on the breed and coat type. On average, dogs should be groomed every 4 to 8 weeks to keep their skin and coat healthy and prevent matting.

• Do you offer recurring appointments?

  Yes, we can schedule recurring visits (every 2, 4, 6, or 8 weeks) to help maintain your dog's coat and keep grooming stress-free.

• Do you accept all breeds and sizes?

  Yes, as long as the dog is up to date on vaccinations and can be safely handled in our mobile unit.

• How long does a service take?

  It depends on the dog's size, coat condition, and the type of service.

• Can I stay with my dog during the grooming session?

  Our van is designed for a calm, one-on-one experience. For safety and to reduce distractions, we do not allow owners inside during the grooming session, but you are welcome to wait nearby.

• What forms of payment do you accept?

  We currently accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit/debit cards, Venmo, Cash App, and more. Payment is due at the end of the service.

• What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

  To better serve all our clients, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee.

• Do you groom puppies?

  Yes! We offer gentle introduction sessions for puppies to help them feel comfortable and build positive grooming habits early on.

• Is your service suitable for senior dogs?

  Absolutely. We take extra care with older dogs, adjusting our approach to ensure they are comfortable and safe throughout the grooming process.
