• Why Choose Mobile Grooming?

  Mobile grooming offers a private, luxury service at your doorstep. Enjoy the convenience of at-home care in a stress-free environment for your pet, with one-on-one attention. No waiting in cages, no exposure to other animals, and no stressful car rides.

• Can I Stay with My Pet During the Service?

  No, for your pet's safety we ask that clients not remain present, because pets can become distressed when they see their owners, making it difficult to complete grooming safely. We'll be happy to offer you a tour of the trailer before the appointment begins.

• Cancellation and Deposit Policy

  We require 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a $50 trip fee or the full cost of the service. A deposit is required to secure your grooming appointment. For online bookings, a 30% deposit of the service total is required.

• How Long Does a Grooming Session Take?

  The duration varies depending on the dog's size and coat type, as well as the requested services. Generally, a session can last from 1 to 3.5 hours, depending on the dog's size, coat condition, and behavior.

• What If My Dog Is Aggressive or Difficult to Handle?

  If your dog shows aggressive behavior, please let us know in advance. An additional fee may apply to cover special handling and ensure everyone's safety.

• Do you groom cats?

  No, we only groom dogs at the moment.

• Do you offer flea and tick treatments?

  We strongly recommend all clients keep their pets on preventive flea treatment. We offer flea baths with medicated shampoo as an additional service (pets found with fleas will automatically be treated and charged).

• Do you offer loyalty programs for recurring grooming?

  Yes! We have a loyalty program with discounted rates, priority booking, and exclusive offers for regular clients.

• What frequency options do you provide?

  We can schedule weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly appointments—whatever works best for your dog's needs.

• Are there discounts for booking multiple sessions in advance?

  Absolutely. We offer special package rates when you pre-book multiple grooming sessions.

• How flexible is scheduling if I need to change an appointment?

  Just let us know 24–48 hours in advance, and we'll do our best to reschedule or cancel without any fees.

• Can I customize my recurring grooming plan?

  Yes! You can include or exclude specific services, like baths only, full grooming, nail trims, or ear cleaning.

• Do you offer pick-up/drop-off or mobile grooming in Orlando?
