• Puppy Groom For puppies 6 months and under, gradual introduction to grooming procedures with positive reinforcement. Face, Feet & Sani Trim service offered up to 3 times before 6 months.
• Nail Buffing Dremel buffing of nails for a smooth finish.
• Teeth Brushing For healthy teeth & fresh breath
• Paw Trim Trim fur between paw pads for clean and tidy finish. Helps promote traction and prevents tracking in dirt & debris.

• De-matting For matted fur requiring shaving, additional fee charged for additional time to safely remove matting.
• Special Handling For pups needing extra time and care due to aggression, anxiety, or physical limitations.
• Tick Treatment Bath treatment and deep sterilization of van & equipment.
• Flea Treatment Flea infestation treatment includes bath treatment and fumigation of salon.

  Yes! Our groomers are certified by industry-leading training programs and have extensive experience with various breeds and temperaments. They undergo continuing education annually and are trained in pet first aid & CPR.

• How long does a grooming session typically take?

  The duration varies depending on breed, size, and services requested. On average, grooming takes about 1-2 hours. We can provide a more accurate estimate during booking.

• How often should I groom my pet?

  The frequency of grooming depends on breed, coat type, and individual needs. In general, dogs should be groomed every 2-8 weeks. Our groomers can recommend a schedule that best suits your pet.

• What if my pet has special needs or medical conditions?

  Please inform us during booking if your pet has allergies, injuries, or medical conditions. We tailor our grooming process to ensure their comfort and safety.

• Is my pet required to have vaccinations for grooming services?

  Yes, for the safety of your pet and our groomers, we require that all pets be up-to-date on rabies, distemper, and parvovirus vaccinations.

• Do I need to be home during the grooming service?

  Yes, a pet parent must remain home and be accessible by phone throughout the entire grooming appointment. If an emergency arises, we need to be able to reach you immediately.

• What happens if there is an emergency?

  In the rare event of an emergency, the safety and well-being of your pet are our top priorities. Our salon is equipped with basic first aid supplies, and our groomers are trained in pet CPR and first aid. We will contact you immediately and transport to nearest veterinary clinic if needed.

• What type of products do you use?

  We use high-quality, professional-grade grooming products, including hypoallergenic shampoos & conditioners tailored for different coat types and sensitivities, and gentle, vet-approved cleaning agents for ear cleaning.

• What if my dog is highly anxious or reactive?

  We recommend booking a Consult Groom first to assess your dog's tolerance for grooming in a low-stress environment. If your pet displays extreme anxiety, aggression, or stress-related behaviors that prevent safe completion, the full rate must still be paid. Additional handling fees of $10-$50 may apply.

• What happens if my pet has fleas or ticks?

  If your pet is found to have fleas or ticks, we will administer a flea & tick shampoo treatment. Tick treatment: $35-$50 depending on severity and pet size. Flea infestation: $200 fee if no advance notice provided to cover fumigation costs and canceled appointments.
