Pupwash 911 Mobile Grooming is owned and operated by Jessica Huang, a big animal lover. She received her grooming certification in 2018 and worked in a pet salon before starting this mobile business to create a more calm space for dogs. She continues to invest in certifications through seminars, workshops, trade shows, webinars, and grooming books. The state-of-the-art mobile grooming salon is 100% self-contained with all tools, water, and power needed.

• Luxury Bath Package All-inclusive package for dogs that do not need haircuts or are on regular grooming schedule. Includes deshedding treatment, skin assessment, premium shampoo, conditioner, blueberry facial, teeth brushing, massage, nail trim, ear cleaning, and more.
• Luxury Grooming Package All-inclusive package for dogs requiring haircuts or tidying. Includes all bath services plus custom stylish haircut, tidy up, or light trimming.
• Mini Spa Package Perfect for in-between appointments. Does not include haircuts or bath. Includes skin assessment, ear cleaning, nail trim and file, teeth brushing, quick brush, and snout & paw balm moisturizer.
• Snout Soother Help relieve and soothe dry and cracked nose.
• Paw Balm Moisturizer Help relieve and soothe dry and cracked paw pads.
• Deep Cleaning Paw Treatment Deep clean and sanitizes paws. Eliminates fungus, bacteria, and germs. Replenishes moisture in paws.
• Creative Grooming Pet safe airbrush temporary colors for ears and tail. Great for holidays, special occasions, or just for fun!
• Handling Fees Extra care and attention for geriatric, paralyzed, blind/deaf, hyperactive, anxious dogs or those with pre-existing health conditions.
• Flea & Tick Treatment Add-on service if your dog currently has fleas or ticks. Does NOT prevent fleas from jumping back on your dog.
• Travel Fees Applicable to clients residing outside the city of Chino Hills, CA. Variable cost increasing with distance.
• Emergency & After Hours Fees Extra fees for last-minute requests or holiday grooming depending on the job.

• What is Mobile Dog Grooming?

  Mobile grooming is a professional service, self-contained in a mobile unit that arrives at your home or office to take care of your dog's grooming needs. A low stress environment where your dog will always have a personalized one-on-one service with the same groomer available.

• WHAT IS YOUR SET UP LIKE?

  Custom built 2023 Ford Transit 350 Extended Cab High Rooftop conversion. State-of-the-art luxury salon on wheels offering full-service grooming for dogs up to 50 lbs. Features spacious stainless steel bathtub with heated water, hydraulic grooming table, and rooftop AC unit.

• WHAT CAN I EXPECT WHEN BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT WITH US?

  Detailed inquiries about your dog's health, grooming history, and desired outcomes. Thorough consultation examining your dog from nose to tail. Discussion of grooming expectations and additional requests. Best effort to replicate haircuts from photos.

• HOW LONG DOES THE GROOMING TAKE?

  Every dog is different. Grooming can take anywhere from 45 minutes to up to 2 hours depending on breed, size/weight, coat condition, temperament, and special handling. Severe matting, flea/tick treatment, and add-ons take longer with additional fees.

• WHEN SHOULD I BRING MY PUPPY IN?

  Recommend starting puppy grooming as soon as they get their Parvo vaccine (usually at 3-4 months). Ideal to come weekly or bi-weekly for a bath and tidy for the first 6 months to train and acclimate puppy to grooming.

• HOW OFTEN SHOULD MY DOG BE GROOMED?

  All clients recommended to timely maintenance grooming schedule every 2, 4, or 6 weeks. For dogs with skin issues, recommend grooming more often depending on severity. For puppies, bi-weekly maintenance schedule for first 6 months.

• WHAT IF MY DOG IS MATTED?

  Light dematt service for small tangles up to 30 minutes with minimum charge of $30. For severe matting, use short blade to shave down with additional $30 to $75 fee depending on severity.

• DO I NEED TO BE HOME WHEN YOU COME TO GROOM MY DOG?

  Yes, you need to be home for first appointment for consultation. After a few sessions, may inquire about Key On File Service for keypad/garage code access. Grooming can be 2+ hours depending on services and coat condition.

• WHY DOES MOBILE GROOMING COST MORE THAN SHOP GROOMING?

  Mobile grooming offers personalized one-on-one service, can only work on one dog at a time, and services limited number of dogs daily. Not high-volume business but luxury service designed to reduce grooming stress and provide convenience.

• CAN I SEE THE INSIDE OF YOUR VAN

  Absolutely! Very proud to show off custom built mobile grooming van and will give tour when arriving for appointment. Just ask for privacy when grooming your dog.

• CAN I BE IN THE VAN WITH YOU WHEN YOU GROOM MY DOG?

  Generally not recommended. Ask for privacy while grooming as seeing parents can be distraction and make grooming difficult and unsafe. Safety and well-being of your dog is priority.

• WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?

  Based in Chino Hills, CA. Currently provide services in Chino Hills and neighboring cities: Diamond Bar, Walnut, Rowland Heights, Brea, and Pomona. Travel fee required for outside areas, starting at $25 and varying by distance.

• DO YOU USE OUR ELECTRICITY AND WATER?

  No. Mobile grooming van is fully self-contained with plenty of fresh water and inverter system with solar that powers entire unit. Equipped to perform all services a salon can offer.

• WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

  Deposits are non-refundable. Valid credit card required on file. Require 48 hours notice for cancellation. Less than 48 hours: 50% service fee charged. Less than 24 hours/same day: 100% service fee charged. Chronic cancellations result in removal from client list.
