We started our business in 2008 with one goal in mind – to provide the best possible dog grooming experience for you and your pet. Each of our professionally trained dog groomers will focus on building mutual respect with you and the pets that are entrusted to our care for grooming. • Why is mobile grooming more expensive than a salon?

  Mobile grooming is a private one-on-one service unlike going to a salon. We come to you, and once your pet enters our truck we cater to them during the whole process. There's no waiting in cages for hours. No other pets are near to cause stress. Many salons groom as many as 15-30 pets per day. Our service is designed to be a private luxury service with no cage drying.

• What is your cancellation policy?

  Because we reserve the time for you specifically, and because you are grouped in a route, if you need to cancel/reschedule we ask for 48 hours notice without a cancellation fee. If we do not have 48-hours notice, there is a $50 cancellation fee.

• How often should I get my dog groomed?

  In order to maintain a proper and manageable coat, it is recommended that you have your dog groomed every 4, 6 or 8 weeks. This will keep your dogs fur or hair from getting painfully matted. Dogs that shed a lot will also be better maintained by a regular schedule.

• Why do you want us to groom on a recurring cycle?

  Our job is to help you maintain your dogs coat properly. By going on a recurring cycle, you always have your spot reserved on our schedule. Dogs that are groomed on a regular schedule view grooming as routine and part of their life, and not only accepts it but comes to enjoy it.

• How long does an appointment take?

  Most pups take us about an hour to an hour and a half. We ask for a half hour swing time on either side of the appointment time to account for unpredictable things in our day, doggie behavior, traffic, and coat conditions.

• Can I remain with my pet while they are groomed?

  No. Pets are calmer and more well-behaved for grooming when the owner is not present. When the owner is present, the dog is so focused on the owner that it disrupts the grooming process. We need the dog's full attention for safety with sharp equipment.

• How is the cost of the appointment determined?

  The cost is based on several factors, including: the breed of the dog, what you want done, the condition of the coat, and the pet's behavior. Without seeing your dog or meeting your dog, we cannot give you an exact price over the phone – only an educated approximation.

• My dog is matted, but I don't want him shaved. Why won't you brush him out?

  Because it hurts, A LOT! It's not fair to the dog! We will try our best to save as much of the coat as possible, and use a deep conditioner that works to detangle the hair. We will always choose humanity over vanity.

• Do you have a multiple pet discount?

  There is no discounting on haircut dogs, as we charge only for the time it takes to do the cut. However, if we are at your home for a haircut dog and you have an additional bath dog that is quick and easy, we can work with you a bit on price.

• Do I need to be home while my dog is being groomed?

  That's the beauty of mobile grooming - no! Once we've met and we're on the same page as to what you would like for a haircut, then you do not need to be present for appointments if your schedule requires otherwise. Latch Key service is available!
