• How long does a full groom take?

  Most full grooms are 45 mins to 1.5 hours depending on size, behavior and current condition.

• What is the recommended grooming schedule?

  It is best to stay on a 6 week or less schedule to ensure you have an appt. If you choose to stay as a 'call in' customer you may have to wait 2-3 weeks for an appointment.

• Are price estimates guaranteed?

  All price estimates are just that…. Estimates. If the behavior of the dog, age/health or condition is not accurate at the time of appointment the price will be adjusted based on the time needed to complete the groom.

• What is the cancellation policy?

  24 hour cancellations are required. For repeat cancellations, a credit card will be held on file.

• How is scheduling confirmed?

  All scheduling is confirmed the day before and timing may need to be adjusted based on route and the amount of dogs booked in that day.
