Ruff Roads Mobile Grooming is a doggy spa on wheels providing comprehensive, bundled, premium dog grooming services for any breed. We come to you, motoring throughout the Vancouver and Portland metro areas in our brand new mobile grooming van. Our groomers are certified masters of their craft with many years of experience, providing care typically found in much more expensive dog salons with friendly and gentle service.

• RR Groom Full-service grooming including head-to-tail haircut, hydra shampoo and conditioner, nail trim and grinding, blueberry facial, teeth brushing, breath spray, paw balm, ear cleaning, hydra spa set, blow out for double-coated dogs, and brush out.
• RR Bath Premium bath service including hydra shampoo and conditioner, nail trim and grinding, blueberry facial, teeth brushing, breath spray, paw balm, ear cleaning, hydra spa set, blow out for double-coated dogs, and brush out. Does not include head-to-tail haircut.
• Blueberry Facial Special service using natural ingredients including oatmeal and blueberries to remove dirt and hydrate and exfoliate the skin. Tear-free and great for all skin types.
• Teeth Brushing Professional teeth brushing service included in standard grooming packages.
• Nail Trim & Nail Grinding Nail care service including trimming and grinding, included in all grooming packages.
• Paw Balm Treatment Treatment for hyperkeratosis using 100% natural and waterproof recipe. Works on noses, paws, and other areas.
• RR Zoom Groom Maintenance service between appointments including nail buffing, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, paw balm and brush out. Does not include bath or haircut.

• Why does mobile grooming cost more?

  It's a one-on-one service that helps reduce stress and anxiety for your pet and cuts time spent in the salon. We offer premium services using top of the line products and tailor the experience to your pet's needs.

• Will you come into my house & make a mess?

  NO. We are self-sufficient, do not require entrance into your home unless requested and park outside for your convenience.

• Do you need to use my water or Electricity?

  NO. Ruff Roads vans are equipped with Powerful Inverters, 100-gallon water tank, and water heater.

• Do you have AC/Heat?

  YES. Climate control adjusted for the comfort of your pet.

• My dog is matted, does it cost extra?

  YES. The condition of the dog's coat will determine overall pricing. We will review upon arrival and examination of the coat.

• How often should I get my dog groomed?

  We recommend 6-10 week cycles depending on your dog's needs. This helps keep the price stable and your dog in good condition. Ask us to get on a re-booking schedule!

• Do you charge a driving fee?

  Yes, We have a $10 travel fee and a $15 Travel fee to La Center/Woodland.

• Can you groom my dog when I'm at home?

  YES. We are happy to make arrangements to ensure a convenient experience.

• What is your cancellation policy?

  We require a 48-hour cancellation notice. Same-day cancellations charged full price. No-shows charged 100% of service price. If groomer arrives but receives no answer, we wait maximum 15 minutes before considering it a no-show.

• Can you service multiple dogs at once?

  YES. If you have multiple dogs and want to keep them on the same cycle, we are happy to accommodate and service them during one appointment.

• Can I bring my own shampoo?

  Yes! We're happy to use a dog shampoo of your choice, including veterinarian-recommended medicated shampoo, if necessary.

• How about dogs with allergies?

  Not to worry. We can use Hydra's hypoallergenic and oatmeal shampoos to care for dogs with allergies and/or sensitive skin.

• What is Hydra?

  This is a brand of premium dog grooming products. It's our go-to choice for dog cleaning and grooming. Certain sprays are formulated for certain breeds.
