Frequently asked questions

• Do you charge a travel fee?

  Nope! Riverton, South Jordan, Herriman, and Daybreak are all inside our standard Soapy Tails service radius, so there's no travel fee at all. If you're just outside that area, text us — depending on our daily route, we can often still make it work.

• Do you service other cities?

  Yes, sometimes. We frequently get requests from Bluffdale, Draper, and West Jordan. If we're already bathing dogs near your neighborhood that day, we can usually add you in. Just text us your cross streets and we'll check the route.

• How far out do you schedule?

  New clients can usually get in within 3–7 days, depending on the route. Most regulars pre-book weekly or bi-weekly so they always get their preferred time.

• Do you take matted dogs?

  We can work through light to moderate matting during a groom. However, heavy matting may require a full shave down for your dog's safety and comfort. We will always discuss the best and safest option with you before starting the groom.

• How long does a bath take?

  Most baths take 45–60 minutes per dog. Bigger dogs, doodles, and heavy shedders may take a bit longer. Puppies are usually quicker.
