• Why does mobile grooming cost more than shop grooming?

  Mobile grooming offers personalized, one-on-one service. Only one dog is serviced at a time with a limited number of dogs per day. Mobile grooming is a premium service designed to reduce stress on your dog and provide convenience and time-saving for you.

• Do you need to hook-up to my electricity or water?

  The trailer is self-contained with its own power via a quiet generator. Water connection to your spigot is needed for proper bathing and rinsing. The trailer has a rapid hot water heater. All dogs are towel dried and blow dried; no cages are used for drying.

• What types of shampoos do you use?

  Groomer's Choice Green Groom products. These are all-natural ingredients that promote a natural and healthy lifestyle for pets while being good for the earth.

• What if my dog has special needs or behavioral issues?

  No problem. Please be specific about your pet's needs on your client form and we will discuss a plan for handling the groom in the best interest and care of your pet.

• What types of payments are accepted?

  Cash, checks, cards, Apple Pay, Cashapp, Venmo. All cards have a 3% additional handling fee.

• What do you need from me before the grooming session?

  Clients should walk their dogs before grooming in case they need to go potty.

• Are you insured?

  Yes, completely insured for grooming.

• Do you require proof of vaccination?

  Yes, vaccination records are required. Please fill out the form and upload a picture of your pet's vaccinations.

• What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

  $75 cancellation fee for canceling within 48 hours. No fee for rescheduling.

• How often is the grooming trailer cleaned and sanitized?

  The trailer is sanitized between each groom using 100% biodegradable products, ensuring a safe and clean environment for your pet.

• How often should my dog be groomed?

  Dogs with long or thick fur may need grooming every 4 to 6 weeks. Dogs with short or fine hair may need every 8 to 12 weeks. It is up to the client's discretion.

• What happens in case of an emergency or if my dog gets injured during grooming?

  You will be contacted immediately. Space Coast Mobile Dog Grooming will provide your pet with emergency veterinarian treatment.
