• What should I expect on the day of my appointment?

  When scheduling, you will be given a time window. Please allow about one hour of flexibility, as appointments may run slightly ahead or behind schedule. If you have specific requests about parking or access to your home, please let us know before we arrive.

• What forms of payment do you accept?

  We accept all major credit cards, cash, and Apple Pay. We do not accept Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App. If you are not home during the appointment, we can send a secure payment link after the service is complete.

• Do you need to hook up to my electricity or water?

  No. Our grooming van is fully self-contained and powered by a solar-operated battery system, so we bring everything needed for your pet's grooming appointment.

• Can you groom my pet while I'm not home?

  Yes. We do ask that you are present for your pet's first appointment so we can meet you and your dog. After that, we offer latch-key service where you can leave instructions and let us know where your pet will be safely waiting.

• Can I stay with my pet during grooming?

  For safety and to help your pet stay calm, we ask that pet parents do not stay during the grooming appointment. Many dogs become more distracted or anxious when their owner is present.
