• Are You Licensed And Insured?

  While pet grooming is not a regulated industry, we have taken steps to ensure our team is fully trained and equipped. We carry insurance and bond for your peace of mind. Our team constantly updates their education to stay current with best techniques and practices.

• What Are Your Service Areas?

  We provide luxury pet grooming services to residents of Polk, Orange, Seminole, and Volusia counties, including cities such as Deltona, DeBary, Sanford, Orlando, Kissimmee, Winter Park, and many others.

• What If I Live Outside Of Those Areas?

  While our primary service area is within certain cities and counties, we are happy to provide services to clients outside our regular areas. However, a traveling fee may apply. Our salon is on wheels and can travel to wherever you are.

• Do You Give Discounts?

  Yes! We offer $5 off for every 5-star review on Google, Facebook, or NextDoor (up to $10 off). We also offer $10 off for every referral that books and receives a service.

• What payment methods do you accept?

  We accept cash, credit and debit cards, and Zelle. There is a 3.9% + 30c convenience fee for card transactions processed through Stripe.

• Can you provide grooming services for senior dogs?

  Absolutely. We have fatigue mats where senior dogs can stand or lay down, and we never force them to do anything uncomfortable. We work at their pace with experienced, compassionate groomers. Price may vary due to exclusive service and extra care required.

• Do you groom cats?

  Yes, we offer luxury grooming services for cats. Our team includes certified cat groomers with an exclusive mobile salon specially equipped for feline grooming. We provide stress-free grooming experiences with utmost care and compassion.

• How often should my dog get groomed?

  It's recommended that dogs be groomed every 4-6 weeks max, but frequency varies by breed, coat type, and lifestyle. Our grooming experts can help determine the best schedule for your pup during consultation.

• It is going to rain. Can I reschedule my dog's appointment?

  We have umbrellas in our van to shield your pup from rain. However, in cases of extreme weather like tropical storms, hurricanes, or heavy rain with flooding, we may reschedule for safety. No additional charges apply for rescheduling.

• Do you sanitize the mobile salon between grooms?

  Yes, we take sanitation seriously. We thoroughly clean and sanitize equipment and grooming area after each session. We rotate and sanitize brushes and blades like a hair salon, ensuring each dog is groomed with clean tools.

• My Dog is matted, can you leave him/her fluffy?

  For minor matting, we can remove knots and leave the coat fluffy. For extreme matting, de-matting is not humane as it can cause pain and injury. We prioritize animal well-being over aesthetics. Additional charges may apply for heavily matted dogs.

• Why are your services so expensive?

  Our high prices reflect commitment to top-quality care. Lower-priced options may lead to factory-like results and poor treatment. We prioritize individualized attention, never rush services, don't overbook, and don't keep pets in cages long-term. Quality is prioritized over quantity.

• How long does grooming usually take?

  Grooming time varies by dog size and coat condition. Well-maintained dogs: ~1 hour for smaller breeds, ~1.5 hours for larger breeds. Longer-coated breeds like poodles and doodles vary by coat condition and style. Worst-case: up to 4 hours.

• Can you groom my dog with sensitive skin?

  Yes, we are experienced handling dogs with sensitive skin. We use only best quality, hypoallergenic products gentle on your pup's skin. Our team will develop a grooming plan tailored to your dog's specific needs.
