I came from a typical, busy salon, where multiple pets are groomed at the same time and the environment is chaotic. I knew there had to be a better way and that is how The Telltail Heart started. One pet at a time, in a quiet environment, without distractions or stress. I saw such a change in the way pets reacted. Stressed pets became much calmer and distracted pups became more focused. Even pet parents became less stressed with the absence of a long car ride or having to leave their beloved pet alone for hours. So, whether your pup needs a quick tidy up or a full spa day, our goal is to keep tails wagging and coats shining and people smiling!
