• What is Mobile Grooming?

  Mobile grooming means the groomer brings a fully equipped, self-contained van to your driveway or curbside, providing a private, quiet, stress-free grooming experience for your dog. Your dog receives one-on-one care with the same groomer every time in a familiar, calm environment.

• How long will it take?

  Typically 1-3 hours depending on coat type, coat condition, dog's tolerance for grooming, behavioral challenges, and whether there are multiple pets. Every appointment is tailored to the individual dog's needs.

• How far out are you booking?

  Generally books a few weeks in advance. Most clients commit to a regular 4 or 6 week grooming schedule to ensure their spot. Cancellations may allow sooner availability.

• Do you have a weight limit?

  Currently accepting dogs up to 100 lbs. Dogs must be able to get into and out of the bathtub with minimal assistance. Dogs 80-100 lbs with mobility issues consulted on case-by-case basis.

• What is required to book an appointment?

  Complete New Customer Intake Form with current dog photo and up-to-date vaccination records (Rabies, Distemper/DHPP, Bordetella). Schedule intake phone call. Commit to regular 4 or 6 week grooming schedule after second appointment.

• Is my dog required to be vaccinated?

  Yes. Current Rabies vaccination required by law. Also requires current Distemper/Parvo (DHPP) and Bordetella vaccines or valid titer test. Veterinarian exemption letter may be accepted with stipulations.

• What do I need to provide the day of my pet's appointment; do you need power and water?

  Van is completely self-contained with electricity, heated water, AC/heating. Powered by eco-friendly battery system. Only needs safe, flat parking spot with 10.5 foot clearance. May occasionally request use of customer's water for larger dogs or skin restoration services.

• How should I prepare for my appointment?

  Exercise dog before appointment. Ensure dog has gone to bathroom. Remove flea collars. Have dog securely leashed with harness or collar (no retractable leashes). Schedule outdoor workers for times when dog is not being groomed to minimize distractions.
