Frequently asked questions

• Is mobile grooming more expensive?

Mobile grooming is typically comparable to high-quality salon grooming with added convenience and one-on-one attention. You're paying for no travel time, no waiting rooms, no cages, one-on-one care, a fully equipped sanitized grooming van, and doorstep convenience.

• How long does an appointment take?

Most appointments take between 60 to 90 minutes, depending on size of your dog, coat length and condition, temperament, and services requested. Because we groom one pet at a time, your dog is not waiting for other animals to finish.

• Do you groom anxious dogs?

Yes — mobile grooming is often ideal for anxious pets. Our one-on-one environment eliminates loud salon environments, cages, exposure to unfamiliar animals, and long waiting periods. Many nervous or senior dogs do significantly better in a private mobile setting.

• What if I need to reschedule?

We ask that you provide at least 24–48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule. Because we operate on optimized routes and reserved appointment windows, last-minute cancellations impact the entire day's schedule. VIP Membership clients receive priority rescheduling support.

• What vaccines are required?

For the safety of all pets, we require dogs to be up to date on Rabies and DHPP (Distemper combination vaccine). If your dog or cat has medical exemptions or special circumstances, please contact us before booking.

• How long does a full dog bath take?

Most full baths take 45–60 minutes, depending on coat type and size.

• Do you bring your own water and power?

Yes—our grooming van is fully self-contained.

• Are your shampoos safe for sensitive skin?

Absolutely. We use gentle, pet-safe shampoos suitable for all skin types.

• Will my dog be inside your van the whole time?

Yes. Your dog receives one-on-one care in our quiet, comfortable grooming van.

• How often should my dog get a full bath?

Most dogs benefit from a professional bath every 4–6 weeks.

• How often should I groom my dog in Florida?

Most dogs benefit from grooming every 4–8 weeks due to heat and humidity.

• Do you groom aggressive dogs or aggressive cats?

Please contact us to discuss temperament before booking.
