• What areas do we service?

  We proudly serve the Medina and Summit counties Ohio, offering dedicated services tailored to meet the needs of our local community.

• How long does grooming take?

  Your dog's grooming appointment is customized to meet their specific needs, taking anywhere from one to four hours or more. Factors such as coat type, behavior, and your pup's size all play a role in determining the duration.

• Whats included in a groom?

  Our services include blow drying, nail trimming and grinding (if they are comfortable), teeth brushing, ear cleaning, brushing, and optional hair cutting to keep your pet looking their best.

• Can I watch/ come in the van?

  For the safety and comfort of your pets, we kindly ask for privacy during the grooming session. You are more than welcome to check in before your pup's grooming begins or after it has been completed.

• Do you use my water or electricity?

  We use our own water and have a generator for power. Occasionally, we may run low on water or need to plug in.

• Do you require vaccines?

  Per Ohio law, we require your pet to have the rabies vaccine. Additionally, please note that we must wait 24 hours after any vaccines have been administered before providing any services.

• What happens if I need to cancel/ change my appointment?

  If you need to cancel or change your upcoming appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. If we receive less than 48 hours notice, a cancellation fee will apply.
