Waggy Tails is a mobile pet grooming service that comes to your home. Owner Tiffany is an Army veteran who worked in veterinary corps. The business is a two-person team with her husband Omar. They practice fear-free grooming with no noisy generators, no cages, no other pets, and climate-controlled environment. They believe in working with pets rather than against them to build confidence.

• The Standard Basic package including bath, nail trim, ear cleaning, quick dental brush, sanitary & under-paw & line-up trims, and external anal gland expression.
• Full De-Sheds Add-on service with extra scrub-a-love time in bath, force blow-out, and detailed de-shed brushing/combing.
• Cuts and Shaves Styled cuts and shaves including summer shave, teddy bear cut, or custom styles. Add-on service.
• Simple De-shed & Brushing Sessions 60-minute session for detailed brushing and minor de-tangling maintenance on coats.
• De-matting/De-tangling Case-by-case service for matted dogs with extra care and precaution. Price varies and must be assessed in person.

• How does this grooming process work?

  Mobile shop comes to your home. Use online booking tool to choose date and time. Groomer arrives at scheduled time and grooms pet outside home. When done, pet is walked to front door.

• What does my deposit do? Is it refundable?

  Deposit reserves appointment slot and goes towards appointment. Deposit is non-refundable.

• Are there any other pets/animals in your van with mine?

  No, only your pet in the mobile van shop.

• My dog only needs a nail trim. Can I book only a nail trim?

  No scheduled nail trim appointments. May call to check if groomer will be in area. Nail trims $20 per dog with no discounts. Exception for 3+ dogs.

• Why are de-shed and haircut/shave add-on services a separate charge?

  Not every pet needs those services. Base service is 'The Standard' with additional services added as needed for pet's specific needs.

• I have more than one pet, can I schedule multiple pets at once?

  Yes, but schedule ONE PET PER APPOINTMENT SLOT so each pet gets time and attention they deserve without rushing.

• Can I book for an after-hours appointment time?

  Yes, call to manually schedule. They will work with busy schedule to find date and time that works for both parties.

• I have a cat. Do you also groom cats?

  While they have groomed cats, they are not currently taking any new feline clients.

• Will it take 2 hours to groom my pet?

  2 hours is reserved time for pet. Could take less or more. Standard package takes about 45-60 minutes. De-shed and Cut/Shave services average another 45-60 minutes.

• What forms of payment are accepted?

  All major credit and debit cards, digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay), CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, and cash.

• My pet's hair cut came out more than the price stated. Why did you charge me more?

  Hair cuts/shaves start at stated price for weight class. Additional charge applied if pet required special attention (e.g., specialty scissors use takes longer than clippers).
