Frequently asked questions

• How is pricing determined?

Rates depend on the condition of the coat, the size of the dog, the total time needed to complete the spa treatment, and the behavior of the dog(s). The final bath and style price is always provided in person at the end of the service.

• What about matted coats?

Heavily matted coats will require shaving (typically around 1/8 to 1/4 inch long). This is done to avoid the pain associated with detangling and dematting heavily matted coats. Extra charges may apply.

• How often should I schedule appointments?

Depending on the nature of the coat, a 3 to 6 week interval between appointments is recommended to avoid extra charges and to keep your pooch looking great.
