Frequently asked questions

• How does Mobile Grooming Work?

We come to you in our grooming van that is fully equipped and temperature controlled. Our water heater gets water to the most desirable temperature for your pet. They are completely dried and the remainder of their service takes place on our electric table with a rotating top. We use premium, vegan, cruelty free and eco friendly products. After your first appointment we offer a latch key service where you do not need to be home.

• Why mobile grooming?

We offer one on one care in a stress free environment just outside of your home or work catering to your busy schedule with our latch key services. Your dog will benefit from an established grooming routine where they know what to expect and develop a bond with the same service provider every single time.

• What areas do you service?

We service the following cities: Orange, Anaheim, Anaheim Hills, Yorba Linda, Villa Park, Fullerton, Santa Ana, Tustin, Irvine.

• How often should my dog be groomed?

A good rule of thumb is once a month or every 3-4 weeks. However, this may vary. Some pets with longer or more high maintenance skin and coat may require weekly or bi weekly grooming schedules. Puppies or dogs not familiar with grooming services should be seen more frequently.

• What do you charge for (insert dog breed or service here)?

We have to see the pet and most likely work with your pet before we can give you completely accurate pricing. All pets have a different temperament and level of grooming requirement. Prices will vary based on breed, coat type/condition, size, and behavior. Expect to pay $100+ for this service.

• Why does mobile grooming cost more?

Mobile grooming is a luxury service that brings a private grooming salon to you. Our grooming van is self-contained and temperature controlled. This saves you from driving back and forth and your pet from waiting in a kennel. We are a First Aid, CPR and AKC S.A.F.E certified groomer. The time and money we have put into certifications and the best products is reflected in our prices.

• How long will the grooming service take?

We will give you an hour long arrival window. Once we arrive and begin service on your dog it will typically take 1-2 hours. We are happy to give you an estimate of the duration before we start.
