• What is your cancellation policy?

  We require 48 hours notice for cancellations. If you do not cancel within that 48 hour window a service fee will be applied. If you are not home at the time of appointment without notice, there will be a service charge up to the full cost of services. Unpaid fees result in suspended service.

• What is your scheduling requirement?

  We require all dog clients to be on a recurring 4 or 6 week schedule. Cats are required to be every 12 weeks. Regular grooming is essential for maintaining coat health, skin care, comfort, hygiene, and preventing health issues.

• What is your flea and tick policy?

  We conduct thorough visual inspection before each session. If severe infestation is detected, we suspend grooming to avoid spreading fleas. We strongly recommend all pets be on regular flea prevention. We follow strict cleaning and sanitization procedures after each appointment.

• How long does grooming take?

  Mobile grooming appointments typically range from 1 to 3 hours. Smaller dogs with basic services may take 1-1.5 hours. Larger dogs or those with longer coats and additional services may require 2-3 hours. Actual duration varies based on pet behavior and grooming complexity.

• What is your matted pet policy?

  We assess coat condition during initial consultation. If severely matted, we provide professional advice on best course of action, which may include shaving or trimming matted areas to alleviate discomfort.
