• De-Shedding Treatment Solution shampoo and treatment conditioners to release loose hair and undercoat. Gentle scrubbing with rubber brushes, exfoliating skin, blow out excess fur, de-shedding tools, brushing and combing.
• Mud Bath/Deep Sea Minerals Treatment Intense conditioning treatment that detoxifies the skin. Re-hydrating and rebuilding the coat while pampering your pup, for the complete Alpha SPA.
• All Natural Flea & Tick Remedy Treatment All natural flea and tick shampoo relieves your dog of fleas and ticks, followed up with an oatmeal soak and rehydrating conditioner to relieve the skin of irritation.

• Do you require proof of vaccinations?

  All dogs serviced in our van must be current on all required vaccinations.

• Do you clean after each pet?

  YES! We take every precaution to ensure your pet's good health while in our van. We clean, sanitize and disinfect our tub, table, and tools after each dog.

• Do you give senior discounts?

  YES we do!! $5.00 off each visit. Our discount is for the owner not for senior dogs.

• How far in advance do I need an appointment?

  We are accepting same day appointments, providing our schedule permits. It's best to secure a spot at least 2 weeks in advance.

• How often should I get my dog groomed?

  Generally, we recommend keeping them on 2-8 week grooming schedule, depending on the breed of dog, age, coat type and lifestyle.

• My dog has fleas, what do I do?

  We use an all-natural therapeutic remedy Flea and Tick shampoo to get rid of the fleas on your dog. We recommend consulting your veterinarian for solutions best suited to your dog's health.

• How long does it take to groom my dog?

  Generally it takes about an hour for a small dog and two hours for large dogs. We are always patient and cater to the dog's behavior.

• What products do you use?

  We use all natural therapeutic remedy products that are best for your dog's skin and coat type. Hypo-allergenic, non-detergent, soap free, medicated shampoos and conditioners are available.

• Do you use warm water?

  We use tepid water. It's warm! A dog's body temperature is higher than humans so we don't want to use too warm of water.

• Are you able to groom aggressive dogs?

  We will assess your dog regarding their behavior. We have gentle techniques to use to get through the process safely. We do not provide services on sedated dogs.

• My dog hates being groomed. Can you help?

  Yes, we can help. We have 10 years' of experience grooming dogs both young and old. We listen to them and cater to their behavior.

• Do you put my dog in a cage?

  No we do not! Towel and hand drying only. They will never be in a cage.

• I live on a hill, can you still provide service?

  Yes we can. However, we do need a safe level place to park. We could always find a place to park close to your home.

• What if I live outside of your service area?

  There would be an additional travel charge. Depending on the distance.
